Cette épreuve au cœur sur l’Asie du sud est idéalement choisie pour sortir de l’hiver européen, avec un climat tropical chaud aux alentours de 27°.

1 tour d’1km900 de natation dans les eaux chaudes et claires de l’océan, enchaîné par 3 tours rapides de vélo (90km) le long du port historique et finir par un semi marathon le long de la côte avec une sublime vue sur l’océan indien.

Il ne vous reste plus qu’à vite vous inscrire car le quota de triathlètes est bientôt atteint!!!

If you’re looking to race somewhere new, exciting and tropical over the winter, then why not consider adding IRONMAN70.3 Colombo to your schedule. The event to be held in Colombo, the commercial capital of Sri Lanka, will take place on February 25, 2018 and will have 30 qualifying slots for the 2018 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Nelson Mandela Bay, South Africa.

The city of Colombo embodies the country’s fascinating history and cosmopolitan character through its heritage, architecture, colonial buildings and historic landmarks with stunning high-rises and abundant shopping malls. This South Asian city offers a beautiful urban backdrop for the newest IRONMAN 70.3 added to the 2018 Asia calendar.

The event will take place in the heart of the city, beginning at the renowned Galle Face Green with a one-loop 1.9-km swim through the warm and clear waters of the Indian Ocean. Athletes will then bike the well-paved, fast three-loop course, which goes through one of the historical harbors in the world that stood as the center of ancient trading routes connecting the east and the west before taking on the half marathon course along the coastline with picturesque views of the Indian Ocean.

February will be an ideal time of year to host the race with warm tropical weather conditions reaching 27 °C.
